basic things you can do to succeed at it and then we're going to go through my favorite two do's and tools some new ones some old favourites that will remind us how to stay on course to the top of Google Bing and Yahoo and I'm going to get you so excited at the end that you're going to never stop learning you're going to get up on your desktop you're going to scream like
Norma Rae did and your compete reott there in your workplace are going to think you're really strange but you're going to be so jazzed about this endeavor so let's talk a little bit about SEO being like physical fitness so physical fitness is sort of a funny thing right you need the desire to get fit you have to have that mental attitude I want to get fit I want to be fitter than I
am right now you need to know some knowledge of some basic rules so a you know stop going to the drive-through McDonald's every day and start eating kale I don't know if you like kale kale is sort of the kale is sort of the new broccoli isn't it so you have to know the rules you have to have some knowledge of what those rules are and then I think this is probably the
most difficult to process certainly for me when it comes to physical businesses you have to have the discipline to actually implement those rules you know you have to eat your kale you have to walk around the block you have to lift some weights you have to stop eating the coffee ice cream just my favorite I've got to have that discipline to stay with it and then finally you need that wisdom to never stop
learning because there's you know constantly new techniques and things and this is where we're a little different than physical fitness SEO does change you got to stay with it you got to learn what's new and exciting how has Google changed the rules...
