you can get that to work better for your business and kind of get it be working in your favor for your lead generation efforts so Bobby just kind of in general talk about the the kind of environment and the tools and some of your things that you tend to bring up initially with clients in terms of brand reputation online reputation and reputation management absolutely well the first thing that does come to mind is

the fact that we know people shop around so the fact that your ad or your website will be visited two three four times along the way that's more of an opportunity to potentially lose that prospect to someone who's doing a better job of proving themselves sooner and that research cycle before the person buys and I would say you know there's a lot of just data and reports and blogs out there constantly talking about

how many people search for reviews but how many people are you know talking to friends everyone knows how word of mouth works reviews are the exact same thing but of the Internet and one of the struggles that I run into sometimes working with some businesses is you know we always want to close the deal but then there's the furthering the relationship with that customer and we know like furthering the relationship and getting a review

from them is is a great testimony to hear how they're feeling and it might take it to another level where if you can capture that review and really get the heart of what they're feeling you can follow up better for maybe just a deeper relationship really you know that could lead to 2nd 3rd purchases having a customer for life and I think there's a mindset change going on right now in the industry

where you know 10 years ago 15 years ago there was the yellow pages the yellow book people will go there and find the one with the biggest add or ask a friend where today there's there's a step after closing the customer where you got a foster that relationship get a review because every person's clicking your ad as they click two three four five times waiting the clothes they're researching your brand they're researching other competitors and

if you think about it you could actually cut your cost in some cases by half because if people can quickly realize you are the best option by you having great online testimonials they're not clicking your ad maybe three and four times they may close on the very first click cuz you're doing a great job of just showcasing and being transparent on how well you treat your customers okay so it's a big trust

factor for sure talk a little bit then about how you can really incentivize your best clients to give you the positive review and help you create that content because that doesn't always just happen automatically yeah yeah I've seen like around here I see...
